LLE client testimonials

“We were the architects retained on behalf of IRD Kiltimagh to design and supervise the refurbishment and extension of The Town Hall Theatre, Kiltimagh.

Luxury Living Éireann were the contractors selected to carry out the project. We can confirm the project was completed within budget and within the agreed programme of works. Furthermore we were satisfied the work was carried out to a good standard and would be happy to work with LLÉ in future projects.”

BER Assessor

A BER assessment is the process of assessing your buildings energy rating (BER). BER assessments are carried out by certified BER assessors. As a BER assessment must be carried out when utilising the SEAI grant scheme the LLÉ team can provide this as part of each project.

A BER is like the energy label seen on white appliance like your washing machine or freezer. The BER works on a sliding scale from A to G.

On 1st of January 2009 BER rating is legally required for all homes private or commercial being sold or rented.

As a seller having an 'A' rating will increase the value of your property similarly a 'G' rating will decrease the value. As a buyer or renter, understanding the savings made from a high rating will help you determine the true value of the property. When applying for the Better Energy Homes Scheme a BER assessment must be carried out and a grant of €80 available to help people pay for this BER assessment.
